The Stress Pattern Mapping Session is a structured 45-minute assessment.

• Sleep stability and recovery
• Bracing patterns
• Reactivity and shutdown cycles
• Duration of sustained pressure

You will leave with:
• Clear language for what’s happening in your body
• Understanding of whether recalibration is needed
• A grounded recommendation on next steps
If your nervous system has been elevated for years, it cannot shift through insight alone.
Recalibration requires consistent repetition over time.
Six months allows:
