Welcome to "Lunchtime Meditation for Women" where I invite you to embark on a profound journey into the depths of your soul. This meditation class is more than just a break; it's an oasis of tranquility in the heart of your day. More than just a meditation class; it's a sacred space for transformation, self-discovery, and renewal. It's a reminder that within the chaos of life, you can find serenity, and within yourself, you can ignite the spark of inner peace.

Agenda: -Welcome and introductions -Guided 20 Minute Meditation -Optional Sharing/Reflections -Self care -Closing

Join me each week (days may change) at lunchtime for a 45 minute transformative experience that will leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and inspired. Led by Tanya Ward, an experienced meditation guide, you'll be gently guided into a state of profound relaxation and mindfulness.

What You Can Expect: - Guided Meditations: Immerse yourself in soothing guided meditations designed to awaken your inner spark and foster deep inner peace.

Who Is This For: This meditation class is open to women of all backgrounds and experience levels. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or brand new to the practice, you'll find a warm and welcoming space to nurture your inner spark.

How To Prepare: -Find a quiet, comfortable spot where you won't be disturbed. -Please have video on. -You can sit or lie down for the meditation. -Ear buds can be helpful. -Arrive a few minutes early to log in and get settled. -Have water or anything else that will help you feel comfortable and relaxed.
