Deepak Chopra is perhaps one of my earliest teachers, showing me how to connect deeper with myself and source.  The Chopra Center retreats and teachings have been a cornerstone of my personal and professional life.

Brene's insights and wisdom on shame and vulnerability have taught me so much and have had a huge impact in the way that I connect with others. 

I can't say enough about Pam. As my closest mentor she has been a huge support during my personal reclamations and healings as well as offering  much wisdom on my professional development. 

I can't imagine life without Reiki which was downloaded by Hawayo Takata and developed by Dr. Usui.  I am deeply grateful for the lineage of which it has been passed down. My local teacher Barb Westover has been an amazing mentor in energy healing.

Tony Robbins is also one of my earliest teachers who taught me about personal growth. The Fire Walk was the most impactful event to prove to myself that I can achieve success by shifting mental awareness. If I can walk on fire without getting burned, I can do anything!

I came across Layne's book "When The Drummers Were Women" when I first began learning how to play the frame drum. It is a beautiful piece that brings to light the history of the sacred frame drum, which is intricately entwined with the history of the divine femine. 

I incorporate Donna's methods of energy balancing and healing into my daily routine and I have shared them with many clients. 

Clarissa's wisdom has shown me how to connect deeper with my authentic wild self. I share many of her stories and teachings to others. 

I am very grateful for all of Star Wolf's Shamanic teachings and The Shamanic Breathwork Facilitators training program. It was truly a healing initiation that is the foundation that I have built my Soul Coaching practice.  

Sharon has taught me so much about how to tap into my intuition and higher guidance. She has also helped greatly in my personal healing path.
